By downloading or using TaskPex, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskPex. Users under 18 require parental consent.

2. The Service

TaskPex is an entertainment-based application. You earn in-app coins by completing tasks, playing games, watching ads, and referring friends. Coins can be redeemed for real-world rewards subject to availability and verification.

3. Coin System

• Coins have no monetary value until successfully redeemed through the official redemption process.
• Coins cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values and redemption rates with prior notice.
• Minimum redemption thresholds apply as stated in the app.

4. Referral Program

• Each user gets one unique referral code.
• Referral rewards are only granted when a genuinely new user installs and completes the required actions.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or promo code systems
• Attempting to exploit bugs or glitches
• Any fraudulent redemption or withdrawal activity
• Sharing false information to gain rewards

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including forfeiture of all accumulated coins without notice.

7. Changes to Service

Rewards, features, and rules may change without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Disclaimers

TaskPex is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific coin earnings, or reward availability. All rewards are subject to verification.
